Our community outreach is in full swing with the start of the ACE Mentor program. Vincent Myers supports the East Orange group while Sharyn Yorio and Wayne Chen are supporting the Paterson group.
While we are also celebrating the completion of many projects for our legacy clients, we are excited to help others expand their campus with new facilities and begin partnerships with new clients to create their vision into reality.
New and on the Boards:
The College of Mount Saint Vincent is moving forward with Phase II of the renovation for the Peter J. Sharp Athletic and Recreation Center. The program includes a dance studio/wrestling floor, offices, and athletic trainers’ suite.
Springpoint Senior Living is implementing the next phase of the master planning projects for the community of Stonebridge at Montgomery. Improvements include the living room, library, game and art rooms, fitness center, health center and administrative suite. Construction Administration services are being provided for The Atrium at Navesink in Red Bank, New Jersey.
Renovations are in design for Nassau University Medical Center’s Cardiac Cath lab, Patient Prep / Recovery, and Doctor’s office.
The Center for Health Education, Medicine and Dentistry (CHEMED) is expanding and renovating their Lakewood facility to include Women’s Health Department, Radiology Services and administrative suite.
Franciscan Oaks is moving forward with the renovation of their fitness center and sub-acute facility.
Contemporary Healthcare Capital is constructing two new facilities, Spring Hills in Camden, New Jersey and Sun City in Arizona where we are providing construction administration services.
Flemington-Raritan Board of Educationis working on the implementation of their Energy Savings Improvement Plan (ESIP).

Construction of the new Patient Arrival Pavilion is underway at JFK Medical Center. This is phase if part of the Emergency Department and Medical Surgical Bed Floor Expansion at JFK. Phase I, the Pediatric Emergency Department renovation and expansion was completed in June 2011.

Last month we submitted JFK Medical Center’s Pediatric Emergency Department renovation project to Healthcare Design’s 2011 Remodel/Renovation Competition and it was selected as one of the Top 5 projects.

Community Outreach: ACE Mentor NJ kicks-off a new year around the state as 10 chapters begin their program. Our involvement with ACE began in East Orange over 10 years ago by Vincent Myers, who is now a member of the Board of Directors. Wayne Chen and Sharyn Yorio participate in the Paterson chapter, while Robyn Albiter supports the organization’s efforts with the design of chapter and state yearbooks.
